MOVE: Ease into the day with an awakening movement session to help you reconnect with your body. No pressure, no performance – just a quiet return to self. Mats are provided, just wear something comfortable.
NOURISH: Enjoy a seasonal lunch menu curated by Amy and Alex – a welcome refreshment on arrival, lunch served family-style, tea and a sweet treat to close. Made to care for you from the inside out and as delicious as it is nourishing.
