About our June Collaborators:

Jasmina Egeler is a yogi with over fifteen years of teaching expertise. Her journey has evolved through teaching in both traditional and non-traditional settings, including the Downtown Eastside and Burnaby Youth Custody Centre, currently leading classes and teacher training at YYOGA. Her teaching is dynamic, compassionate, and grounded in over two decades of lived practice.

Alex Charters co-created our seasonal, family-style lunch with Amy. A passionate cook and vibrant host, Alex brings flavour, creativity, and fun to the table.

Telnaz from Bloomist is a botanical artist specialising in floral and bouquet preservation, mentorships and workshops, whose work encourages us to slow down. She guided guests in making their own pressed flower artworks during the creative workshop.  You can find out more about Telnaz’s work at www.bloomist.ca.

“Urban retreat right in your pocket! You don’t need to plan a glamorous and extensive getaway to recharge and reconnect with yourself. In this space hosted by Amy, Harriet and their amazing team, this is your chance to spend time connecting to your body through gentle and intentional movement, incredibly delicious, home cooked nourishing food and a chance to connect with your inner child to create. It is a truly welcoming, community building space where you can recharge, slow down and enjoy some peace and serenity in the urban jungle whilst having fun.”
