Our retreats are designed as spaces of calm, connection, and creativity. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, welcomed, and respected. This Code of Conduct outlines the behaviour we expect from all participants, facilitators, and staff. By attending, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.

1. Respect & Kindness

Treat all participants, facilitators, staff and the venue with courtesy and consideration.

Listen actively, speak kindly, and respect personal boundaries.

Be mindful of tone, body language, and the impact of your words and actions.

2. Inclusion & Diversity

We celebrate diversity in all forms – including race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, body size, religion, and cultural background.

Discrimination, exclusionary behaviour, or microaggressions will not be tolerated.

Honour each person’s lived experience and pronouns.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harmful Behaviour

Aggressive, threatening, or harassing behaviour – verbal, physical, or written – is strictly prohibited.

This includes bullying, intimidation, shouting, or any form of unwanted attention or physical contact.

Racism, prejudice, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any discriminatory remarks or acts are grounds for immediate removal without refund.

4. Shared Responsibility

Help create a safe and inclusive environment by being aware of your own behaviour and speaking up if you witness harm.

If you experience or observe inappropriate conduct, please speak to a facilitator or retreat leader immediately. All concerns will be handled with care and confidentiality.

Please follow all safety instructions from facilitators during the day.

Please let us know privately if you need support, feel unwell, or have accessibility needs at any point during the retreat.

5. Substance & Boundaries

Please use alcohol or other substances (if permitted) responsibly and with respect for the group and the space.

Any use of illegal substances or behaviour that endangers others is not allowed.

Respect shared spaces, quiet times, and others’ need for rest or solitude.

6. Accountability

Violations of this Code may result in a verbal warning, removal from an activity, or dismissal from the retreat without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour undermines the wellbeing of the group.
