What's Included?
MOVE: Ease into the day with an awakening movement session led by local yoga legend, Jasmina Egeler (teacher of teachers!). This session will help you reconnect with your body. No pressure, no performance – just a quiet return to self. Mats are provided, just wear something comfortable.
NOURISH: Enjoy a seasonal lunch menu curated by Amy and Alex – a welcome refreshment on arrival, lunch served family-style, tea and a sweet treat to close. Made to care for you from the inside out and as delicious as it is nourishing. Think bold, bright, zesty flavours to match the summer sunshine.
CREATE: In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a watercolour painting workshop led by local Chilean artist Javi Rolando. Inspired by people, travel, nature, architecture and the simple things of everyday life, Javi will introduce you to her playful, expressive approach to painting. Through live technique demonstrations of brush strokes, mark-making and layering, you’ll learn foundational techniques before having space and time to experiment, explore, and create your own vision of summer. No artistic experience needed – just curiosity and openness.
