1. SPONSOR:

‘Ultimate Summer Reset Giveaway’ – May 2026 (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Something Good Retreats, Vancouver, Canada (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry, with the exception of employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Contest materials and those living in the same household. By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Contest Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. CONTEST DATES AND TIMES:

The Contest begins on May 27th 2026, at 5:15pm PST and ends on Saturday, May 31st, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST (the “Contest End Date”), after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

Tag a friend you’d like to bring in the comments (each comment with a different friend counts as an additional entry into the applicable draw). There is no limit on the number of entries and all entries are applicable to the prize draw for the contest period.

Entry Rules:

Your contest entry must: (A) be posted directly from your Instagram account during the Contest Period; (B) be in good taste and must not be explicit or offensive as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (C) not violate any law or regulation; (D) not be libellous, threatening or harassing; and (E) not instigate others to commit illegal activities or violate human rights.

The Contest Sponsor’s right to use contest entries: You acknowledge that your post may appear on the Contest Sponsor’s Website or Instagram feed after it is posted on your account and may appear in other electronic and print materials related to the Contest, including promotional materials. By sharing, you grant the Contest Sponsor the right to use, publish, adapt, edit, dispose of and/or modify such entry and the concepts and waive all your rights in the entry without notice or compensation and agree that you may be required to sign a release to that effect.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorised by these Contest Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void. By completing an entry, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.

5. CONTEST PRIZES:

The prize draw consists of:

One (1) Giveaway Prize (approximate retail value is $700 CAD) (the “Giveaway Prize”) that includes:

• Two spots at a Something Good Retreat redeemable within six months of prize acceptance

• One Somerset Moss Core Collection Kit

• One five-session pass from Gatherwell Social Sauna

• One private 1:1 coaching session with Norma Serena Hogan

Three (3) runners-up prizes consisting of one (1) $50 CAD gift card toward a future Something Good Retreat.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Something Good Retreats. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Something Good Retreats’ discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the “Winner”. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Something Good Retreats to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Selected Entrant (as defined below) is responsible for all travel, accommodation, parking and any other expenses associated with using the Prize.

By completing an Entry, each Selected Entrant assumes, on their own behalf and on behalf of each individual who uses the prize with the Selected Entrant, any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in this promotion or use or redemption of the Prize. Prizes or any portion thereof cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable at time of award.

Limit: Confirmed winners can only win one prize during the Contest Period.

6. ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest Draw Dates.

7. SKILL TESTING QUESTION:

Selected Entrants will be required, as a condition to winning a Prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via e-mail.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION:

The draws will be conducted on June 1, 2026. When the prize has been drawn, entrants will be notified on Instagram or by email. Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Something Good Retreats. Winner will be notified by Instagram comment, DM, or email within three (3) days following the selection of the Winner. Something Good Retreats shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SOMETHING GOOD RETREATS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:

The Winner must sign the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form to: (i) confirm compliance with the Contest Rules; (ii) agree to accept the Prize as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless, on behalf of themself and any guest(s), the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, Instagram, Somerset Moss, Gatherwell Social Sauna, Norma Serena Hogan, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of the Entry by the Sponsor, including legal fees and expenses; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by an entrant with any of the Contest Rules or participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by an entrant of a prize and the use of the Entry by Sponsor.

The Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries or Declaration and Release forms; (iv) injury or damage to computers related to participation; (v) injury or damage caused by participation or use/misuse of any Prize; (vi) privacy breaches; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner.

10. OTHER CONDITIONS:

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. If the Contest cannot run as planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries.

Publicity and entrant information: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, contact information, and image for the administration of this Contest or any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, without further notice or compensation, and consent to receive promotional communications from the Sponsor.

Law: The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian and British Columbia laws. This Contest shall be governed exclusively by the laws of British Columbia, and any dispute shall be resolved in Vancouver by a single arbitrator, whose decision is final and binding.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property (trademarks, designs, promotional materials, etc.) are owned by the Sponsor and used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. ADDITIONAL CONTEST RULES RELATING TO SOCIAL MEDIA:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram of all responsibility related to the Contest.
